Barcom Developments Ltd. was incorporated in 1981 and has developed a trusted name in Interior Finishing, Residential Construction and Renovation services in the Greater Victoria area. We are able to offer Professional Design/Build Services, Project Management and Consulting in New Construction, Remodelling and Renovation projects.

 

We have built our reputation on the basis of providing a high standard of professionalism and workmanship in any project we undertake. It is through the many completed projects and highly satisfied clients upon which we have built this reputation. Almost all of our work is a result of client referrals as we believe this to be the best means of advertising our product. Our product is "Service with guaranteed Quality and Workmanship". We would be happy to provide you with our recent (3) client references, or those for projects completed two years ago. We believe these references, rather than our "best" ones, to provide a good measure of what our potential clients may expect from us. We also carry current Workers' Compensation and Commercial Liability Insurance.

 

Barcom Renovations (a division of Barcom Developments) has extensive experience in remodelling and renovations. The company has been a leader in new technologies and design in construction techniques relating to structural, health and safety requirements and achieving the best value for your renovation dollar.

 

In the past, we have been an active member company of the Canadian Home Builders' Association and the B.C. Renovators' Council in 1987. This association was good for our company and provides us the opportunity to keep abreast with housing technology, best renovation practices and other tools and skills from which our customers can derive benefit.

 

We are a Certified Residential Builder and Certified Renovator member of the CHBA-BC, employing a Registered Housing Professional. This certification can only be achieved by successfully completing mandatory training and updating seminars and abiding and working to the Code of Ethics of the CHBA. All of our employees and subcontractors are among the best in our industry so that we can deliver our services professionally, on time and on budget without unexpected surprises.
