Remodeling and renovating the existing house in favour of moving or building a new home have provided this family with their dream home in the neighbourhood they know and enjoy.

Extensive Main Floor renovations included a new/modern kitchen, grand foyer with curved staircases and general thermal and energy upgrading throughout. The exterior has a new roof, color matched fascia gutters and soffits, new high efficiency vinyl windows and a new stucco finish.

This project has all the features of an expensive new home. It will look like one, perform like one, but cost far less.

The project came in on budget at $75,000, and shows what can be done with a 1950's bungalow and some creativity.

Efficient design added needed floor space. The tasteful upgrading of the main floor interior, a new Entry, Bedroom and Ensuite bathroom, was completed in harmony with the existing interior - cove ceilings, textured walls and oak floors. New roofing, gutters, thermal vinyl windows, upgrading wall and attic insulation, and a new stucco coat on the exterior has brought this home into the 90's.

It made good sense when we started the project, and our clients are extremely pleased with the results.
